UEFA Cup

each group has got - a seeded bowl with two clubs
                   - an unseeded bowl with six clubs
total: 16 bowls (A..H) + 2 bowls where they put the balls from a bowl-pair in
       + 1 bowl for home-away-decision

The clubs are not mentioned before they are drawn, like in 1996
so I can't mention the order they are pre-drawn on thursday-night.

   then the last drawn will be put in the next group; if this happens

Now a computer program determins which playing-number each club gets,
considering two things in this order:

1) Rosenburg (Nor) and IFK Goteborg will have number 1 or 3, because
   numbers 2 and 4 are playing at home in december when are are extreme
   weather conditions in these two countries.
2) When a country has two clubs participating they will have numbers
   1 and 2  or  3 and 4, because then there will be one match away and
   one match at home for each country in each round (see schedule below).
   For Germany read: the two highest seeded teams.
